Dr Margaret Clarke qualified from Liverpool university in 1994, initially training in the north West and moving to the West Midlands for higher specialty training in 2000. She started as consultant in general medicine, diabetes and endocrinology in 2005.
Dr Clarke has specific interests in retinopathy and retinopathy screening and acts as clinical lead for Solihull PCT retinal screening service. She also has an interest in medical education and has been awarded PCME in 2007.
